From parcel service to organic baker: The eBoxx is the parcel box for universal use.
Regardless of whether a large parcel service provider, a beverage delivery company or a neighbour wants to deliver a parcel: the eBoxx accepts all deliveries effortlessly. Even multiple deliveries are possible with the electronic eBoxx EASY+. This is because each delivery person receives their own personal code with which they can open the parcel box and securely lock it again.
The eBoxx parcel box systems can be flexibly adapted to your specific requirements.
Whether for two, three, four or more residential units or for shared offices: Up to six parcel box and letterbox units are possible when mounting on stands. In the case of wall or floor mounting even more parcel boxes and letter boxes can be combined into one system.

Both the mechanical eBoxx and the electronic version eBoxx EASY+ (models E in each case) can be supplemented with either one or two letter boxes per box. This means you no longer need a separate letter box. The letter boxes can be mounted exactly above or below the parcel box.
No power connection necessary!
Even the electronic EASY+ version does not require a power connection. Simply insert the batteries and get started. This eliminates the need for expensive and usually time-consuming earthworks.
Simple and easy to use.
Delivery staff only need a few moments to securely deliver a delivery; owners of an eBoxx EASY+ simply use their personal code to remove their delivery. With the mechanical model, your tenants simply open and close the parcel box in the classic way using the key.

There are 45 years of experience invested in our eBoxx parcel boxes. BURG-WÄCHTER has been developing and producing high-quality letter boxes since 1975.
The eBoxx parcel boxes are manufactured with extreme precision – laser welding and base reinforcement ensure extreme robustness. This ensures the letterbox A fits exactly onto the parcel box. A particularly smooth, easy-running and precise door opening ensures that the doors close exactly, even after a long time. An integrated rain drainage system protects deliveries and mail from getting wet.
Our complete system offers the same perfection. Thanks to sophisticated combinations and various installation options, our parcel delivery systems can be adapted to your individual requirements. Possible combinations can be found on the following pages.
Pull force
eBoxx is well equipped against vandalism. The parcel box provides extremely robust protection thanks to a pull force rating of security level 3 (30 kg) in accordance with TS 16819.
Child safety lock
In case of emergency, the eBoxx has an emergency opening option from the inside with a child safety lock and a ventilation system.
Break-in protection
The optional letterbox also meets the highest requirements. The built-in lock reduces the risk of break-in according to standard EN 13724 (security level 2).
Weather resistant
The weather resistance was tested in a water spray test and confirmed according to TS 16819 (corrosion class 3).

Ergonomic and barrier-free planning is the be-all and end-all of our parcel box systems – comfortable use is our goal.
You can choose between many different options for our parcel box systems. hey are all ergonomically designed so that the letterbox insert and the letterbox lock are easily accessible.
Our stand systems – whether set in concrete or screwed to the ground – are designed to automatically comply with the corresponding DIN EN 13724 standard when professionally installed. In the case of alternative wall mounting, you decide for yourself at what height your parcel box is to be mounted. Our tip: When mounting, orientate yourself on the ideal range for the insertion height of the letter box.

Floor, wall and stand systems
Full flexibility for your parcel box system: You decide how many boxes are to be combined for floor or wall mounting. You can choose from an infinite number of combinations. For free-standing installation on stands, up to six Parcel Boxes can be combined as a system.
Of course, our parcel boxes are already prepared for all types of installation ex works. This makes the assembly even easier for you!
You decide how many boxes you want to arrange next to and among each other and then add the required number of letter boxes. In this way, you get a parcel box system that is perfectly tailored to your apartment building or office building.

Comfort tip: The elevated mounting on a concrete base makes the Parcel Box even more convenient to use when mounted on the ground.

The choice of post mounting means that you can also adapt to your structural conditions here – set in concrete or with a matching Terzo base. This makes it possible to install the system at the location of your choice.

One modular system, many possibilities: By installing the eBoxx, you can precisely implement your individual requirements because the components are perfectly matched to each other. No matter which installation method you choose and how many modules are configured into a system.
Elegant, light-footed and always at the right height: The parcel box system with Terzo posts enables free-standing installation as desired. The eBoxx parcel box systems with Terzo posts offer a wide range of options for modular combination of the required parcel boxes.
The smallest system consists of two parcel boxes. At the same time, you have the choice of whether the models are mounted above or next to each other. Do you need more parcel boxes? No problem: Using the Terzo posts and the Terzo crossbar, up to six eBoxxes can be combined to form a stand system. A crossbar is not required to combine a parcel box system consisting of two parcel boxes mounted on top of each other. The letter box A is also the ideal addition for stand mounting. This turns your parcel box system into a modern multifunctional letter and parcel system. The letter box fits exactly on top of or underneath the eBoxxes. In addition to maximum flexibility in terms of the number of eBoxxes used, mounting on the wall offers another advantage: you decide where and at what height the models are mounted. This way, your tenants always have optimal access to the parcel box and letter box. When mounting on the ground, the raised installation on a plinth has proven its worth. This makes use and installation even more convenient.
